Really enjoyed the texture of these noodles as well as the spiciness of the gochujang chili paste. Very good if you love spicy food AND noodles. My girlfriend is from South Korea and I'm a half asian American (born in the US)-- we both loved it and we are both very picky when it comes to our asian foods. If you are going to be preparing this, ADD FRESH INGREDIENTS and don't rush it. These can be prepared in an easy 15 minutes if you multitask.Noodle preparation is important. If you rush, you can wind up with noodles that stick to each other, be cooked inconsistently, stick to the pan, or be all of the above. I've had the most success by: -Start boiling a big pot of water, get your hard boiled eggs going as well -At the same time, get a glass bowl, soak the noodles in warm, almost hot water for 10 minutes...
